Doble R 5 Meses comes from our young and medium-aged vines, situated at an altitude of 850 metres above sea level. Its origin, as well as the ageing in barrels and the five months it rests in the bottle, make it a fruity wine with subtle wooden hints, harmoniously integrated and broad from the first taste to the finish.
Scarlet red, with bluish tones. Medium-high intensity as expected from a vintage classified as excellent.
Red and black berry aromas with fresh nuances. A subtle wooden undertone from the barrels without overpowering the fruit. Slightly smoky with hints of vanilla and spices.
Broad from start to finish. As on the nose, a fruitiness (especially black fruit) can be appreciated with soft woody undertones.
