Doble R Vendimia Seleccionada is a return to our roots. A wine that represents and pays homage to the generation of winemakers that started this project. Made exclusively in the years when the vintage is considered optimal for the creation of a great wine. The grapes from 80-year-old vines are what give this wine its personality.

Nota de cataDeep garnet red in color, with a brilliant, medium-high intensity. The nose is intense. Ripe black fruit aromas from the grapes are perfectly integrated with the aromas imparted by barrel aging and bottle maturation. Spicy and smoky notes are also present, along with mineral hints characteristic of the terroir from the selected plots. On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, and round, yet full-bodied. Very silky with a long, lingering finish.

Ficha técnicaMade with Tinto Fino grapes from old vines. The grapes come from plots located in the Grandes Parajes ” Bajo Páramo ” and ” El Monte “, characterized by their clay loam soils with limestone gravel and sandy soils. Average altitude of 840 m. Bush vines. Hand-harvested. Produced in single vintages. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Aged in 100% Frenh oak barrels for 18 months. Aged in the bottle for at least 2 years.
